Who we are
We practice Yoga, Dharma, and share our love for Sanskrit, meditation, sacred sites, and energetic architecture through our cross-disciplinary work as artists, writers, and teachers.
Jessica has been practicing yoga since 1997 and teaching Yoga since 2003. She is the founder of Yogis at Yale and wrote her B.A. thesis on Yoga and the Expression of Architecture. She has trained thousands of yoga teachers around the world as the co-founder of Triveni Yoga. Her yoga practice has wandered far off the mat to public art activations like Phenomenal Museum, where we sit with the muse.
Stephane has been teaching Dharma since 2008 and yoga since 2009. A multi-talented creative, he just finished writing his first fantasy novel, after retiring from 7 years working in reality television where he was assistant editor of The Bachelor.
Jessica and Stephane have been teaching Sanskrit since 2008, and wrote Basic Sanskrit for Yogis. They have taught the Sanskrit and Yoga Philosophy sections for numerous yoga teacher training programs over the last decade including the Yoga Tree 500hr Advanced TT, Rusty Well’s Bhakti Yoga, Kelly Morris’ Conquering Lion, AcroYoga, Jala Yoga, Jaipure Yoga TT, and many more.
They have taught at yoga studios and yoga conferences around the world for over 20 years and have cultivated an international community of devoted yogis and meditators.
